Ashley Graham (born October 30, 1987) is an American model. She has appeared on the covers of fashion magazines such as Vogue , Harper's Bazaar , Glamor , and Elle . In addition, he appears in several Levi campaigns. Graham has appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno Entertainment Tonight and CBS News and was interviewed by NPR about the plus size model.

Ashley Graham was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. Growing up, Graham was diagnosed with ADD and dyslexia. She has two younger sisters. He studied at Scott Secondary School from 1999 to 2002 and attended Lincoln Southwest High School from 2002 to 2005. In 2001, Graham signed an agreement with Model Wilhelmina, after attending a model convention. In 2003, he signed an agreement with Ford Model. During the beginning of his career, Graham appeared in the YM magazine. In April 2007, she was profiled by Sally Singer from Vogue magazine and later appeared in the editorial edition of 'These Beautiful Bodies in Every Size,' and later appeared in the October 2009 edition of Glamor Editors' plus size; including Kate Dillon Levin, Amy Lemons, Lizzie Miller, Crystal Renn, Jennie Runk and Anansa Sims. In 2010, Graham appeared in the controversial Lane Bryant TV commercial. This ad received over 800,000 views on YouTube and was covered by news outlets like The Huffington Post and New York Post . On May 31, 2010, she appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno to overcome the controversy.
In December 2010, Graham also appeared in the editorial for Bust magazine. Graham appeared in several Levi campaigns, most notably Curve ID SS 2011 with Sabina Karlsson, Ana Lisboa, Marquita Pring and McKenzie Raley, and Boyfriend Collection F/W 10 with Rachel Clark, Ana Lisboa, Anais Mali, Marquita Pring and Ashley Smith. Graham has appeared in several Marina Rinaldi campaigns: Spring/Summer 2012, Fall/Winter 2012 denim, and Fall/Winter sports 2012. Other clients include Elle Supers, Bloomingdale's, Elomi lingerie, Evans, Hanes, Liz Claiborne Macy's, Nordstrom, Simply Be, and Target. In December 2012, Graham displayed two of the "Billboard" in New York for Lane Bryant. At the end of that year, Graham was named Model Year of Full Full Fashion Model of the Year.
In 2013, Graham designed a clothing line for Addition Elle, a Canadian plus size clothing retailer. Graham also appeared on MTV's Made , as a coach for plus size models. Graham appeared in the May 2014 edition for the international pre-fall Harper's Bazaar and beauty editorial. Graham is a cover model in the June 2014 edition of Elle Quebec. In 2015, swimwear for all, plus-size retailers for women's swimsuits, featuring Graham in ads in the annual edition of sportswear Sports Illustrated '. The ad is part of a swimsuit for the #CurvesInBikinis campaign where Graham is one of the first plus-size models to appear on the Sports Sports Edition page. By 2016, it becomes the first plus size model to appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. She is also featured in the DNCE music video for "Toothbrush".
In 2016, Graham became the host behind the stage for Miss USA 2016, Miss Universe 2016, Miss USA 2017 and Miss Universe 2017 . In addition, he is the official judge of the American Next Top Model reality show submitted by VH1.
In 2017, Graham released a book, New Model: What Self Confidence, Beauty, and Strengths Really Look Like . In this memoir, he provides insight into his experience as a model and as a supporter for positive bodies. Graham also shares, in his book, his prospects for the evolution of body image in the coming years.
Charity and community services
Graham has spoken in high schools about body image and body acceptance. He has participated in a humanitarian mission in South Africa with Themba Foundation. Graham is a supporter of the Health at Every Size movement. Graham gives TED Talk to advocate self-acceptance with regard to body image. He also explains why people should not refer to him (and others) as a "Plus -ized" Model, as it separates them from other models. Personal life
Graham met her husband, Justin Ervin, a videographer, at a Christian church in 2009. The couple married in 2010.
