Bonnie-Jill Laflin (born March 15, 1976) is an American model, television personality and sports broadcaster. Laflin also works as an actress and is primarily a lookout for the Los Angeles Lakers, making her the first female scout of the league. He is also the assistant general manager of the NBA Development League's Lakers team.

Biography

Laflin grew up in San Francisco, California, the daughter of a father law enforcement officer. He first received public attention as a cheerleader with the Golden State Warriors of the NBA and is a former San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader in the National Football League.

Laflin's work as a cheerleader and model helped him get into television with a recurring role in Baywatch in the 1998-1999 and Ally McBeal seasons of 2000. He later became a TV personality, home Hotline (2003) and United Rockcrawling & amp; Off-Road Challenge Series (2004). Laflin is also a correspondent for Prime 9 News with KCAL-TV in Los Angeles, California, (2003), and a correspondent for ESPN Cold Pizza . Her appreciation in the sports industry also includes broadcasting work for CBS, Fox and NFL Network. She is the creator and basketball TV host for China, Muho TV (pronounced in English with Chinese subtitles). He also appeared in To Tell the Truth in 2017

Laflin plays the love interest of Dierks Bentley at CMT's 2005 Sexiest Video of the Year, "Come a Little Closer". In 2005, he emerged as one of the luggage organizers models during the opening week of Deal or No Deal on NBC. Laflin was ranked # 89 at the Maxim Hot 100 Women of 2005. He also worked as a model for Fredericks of Hollywood and Venus Swimwear, and his print campaigns include Coors Light, Bacardi, Wrangler, FedEx, and McDonald's. Laflin has been featured in several magazines including FHM , Maxim , GQ , Sports Illustrated , ESPN's Magazine , Women's Health , Fitness RX , Origins and New Beauty >. She was named one of the Top Hooters Girls as part of her 25th anniversary of the restaurant chain in 2008. Laflin was a player on season 6 of VH1's Basketball Wives.

Laflin has worked with Los Angeles Lakers as a professional basketball talent scout, making him the first female scout in the league, and as one of the two assistant general manager of the Lakers development team, Los Angeles D-Fenders. On March 7, 2012, he announced that he and Kareem Rush would pair up in a fantasy basketball radio sports program on SiriusXM named The Rush Hour . The event was launched on October 23, 2012; The show is updated for 2013. In 2013, she appeared as an in-studio guest at the KNBR Damon Bruce Show once to discuss the San Francisco 49ers run to the Super Bowl XLVII, and another time to discuss Bay Area Sport generally. She also appeared on the show, now at KGMZ, in October 2014 at Kauffman Kansas City Stadium to discuss the holding of the 2014 San Francisco Giants World Series. Other Laflin radio shows include Playboy Fantasy Football at Sirius/XM and University of Texas before and after a football game for ESPN Austin. Laflin has appeared on ABC To Tell The Truth.

Laflin currently hosts "Bonnie-Jill Laflin's The Weekly Pass" on Afterbuzz TV, the first ever sports event on the network.

Charity work

In 2010, Laflin founded the Hounds and Heroes charity, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit dedicated to raising funds for military veterans, first responders and animals. He has traveled all over the world at 18 United Service Organizations and Goodwill Tours, including 8 to Iraq and Afghanistan, supporting the United States Armed Forces.

Laflin is a proponent of animal rights and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). He's a vegan and has done various PETA campaigns.
