Plot
Tekketsu
Koyomi Araragi, a second year high school student at Naoetsu High School, befriends Tsubasa Hanekawa, the highest honors student in her school. Tsubasa mentioned rumors about the "blond vampire" that has been seen around their city recently. Koyomi, who is usually anti-social, likes Tsubasa's down-to-earth personality. That night, Koyomi meets a rumored vampire: she is an Acerola-orion Kiss-shot Heart-under-blade, also known as "King of Apparitions." The blond, gold-eyed vampire shouted for Koyomi to rescue her as she lay in her own pool of blood, her four limbs cut off by three vampire hunters. Kiss-shot asks Koyomi to give him his blood to save his life, and when he does, Koyomi finds himself reborn as a subordinate of his vampire.

Now a vampire, Koyomi is charged with taking a broken Kiss-shot limb from the vampire hunters who took them. Before he faces the first hunter, the giant Dramaturgi is full of vampires, he speaks with Tsubasa. He conceals the nature of his vampire, but Tsubasa is still interested in rumors about vampires scattered around. In the fight, Dramaturgy tears Koyomi's arm with one blow, but Koyomi finds vampire power from rapid regeneration. Seeing the fight gone, Dramaturgy hands over Kiss-shot legs to Koyomi. At that time, Kiss-shot has taken the form of a child. But he turned into a young teenager after he consumed his adult legs.
Koyomi next fights with the human-vampire half-human episode, which can turn into fog and use a giant silver cross as a weapon. Tsubasa walks into his battle and entrails with Episodes. Before he died, Tsubasa pointed to Koyomi that he could defeat the Episode by throwing sand into his mist form. Koyomi uses the sand to defeat Episode and defeat Episode cruelly. Meme Oshino, Kiss-shot's ally, keeps Koyomi quiet and, at a price of à ¥ 3 million, tells Koyomi that he can use his own blood to heal Tsubasa. Koyomi then uses his own blood to save Tsubasa's life. The second leg consumption allows the Kiss-shot to turn into a young adult.
Koyomi now has to face the humane Guillotine Cutter pastor for the Kiss-shot arm. Before the fight, he desperately asked Tsubasa to go for his own safety. Tsubasa finally agrees, leaving his underwear with Koyomi as a promise that they will reunite later. However, Guillotine Cutter kidnapped Tsubasa, and Meme suggested that Koyomi should "forget to be human again" to save her. Koyomi uses the power to turn his arms into tree roots to defeat the Guillotine Cutter and rescue Tsubasa, but seems to have left his desire to become a human again.
Reiketsu
Koyomi and Meme finally managed to completely recover the Kiss-shot. Koyomi expects Kiss-Shot to then turn it back to humans. But before that, Kiss-shot and Koyomi spent the night on the roof, where the Kiss-shot recalled about his previous subordinates, a Samurai who chose to kill himself when Kiss-shot was unable to restore his humanity. Koyomi goes to buy food, but when she returns she finds Kiss-shot eating Guillotine Cutter's corpse. He is horrified at the realization that Kiss-Shot will now hunt man again, and that he himself will want to hunt as well.
The awareness of leaving Koyomi is desperate enough to want to die. But then Tsubasa shows up and persuades Koyomi to stay alive. He also points out that Koyomi himself has the power to stop the Kiss-shot. The words entertaining Tsubasa, as well as the awkward effort to squeeze her breasts, bring Koyomi's spirit enough to confront the Kiss-shot in a fight.
Kiss-shot and Koyomi face off at the Tokyo Olympic stadium. They repeatedly tore their legs and hands, but then regenerated their complementary back. Finally, Koyomi weakens Kiss-shot by sucking his blood. But Tsubasa suddenly realizes that Kiss-shot wants to die. Kiss-shot acknowledges that he will take the fight, and explains that he must die to restore the humanity of his subordinates, but can not do it for his previous subordinates because he is too afraid to die. Kiss-shot demands that Koyomi kill him, but Koyomi screams for Meme's help. Meme proposes a solution that will "make everyone miserable": Koyomi will suck Kiss-shot blood just to the point that she's too weak to hunt humans, leaving them both semi-vampire and human versions. Upon Kiss-shot protest, Koyomi chose this path. The next day, Koyomi explains to Tsubasa that he's mostly human but has some vampire traits. Kiss-shot now has the shape of a child, and can only eat by regularly sucking Koyomi's blood.
