" The King of Birds Palace " is a song by the English rock band the Beatles. It was written by Paul McCartney and recorded by the band during Let I Be's album sessions from January 6-9, 1969 at Twickenham Film Studios. The song lasted five minutes, four seconds (session 6 January fourteen minutes one second long and turned into loose jam), and recorded with a demo "Carry That Weight". The song was later forgotten, until McCartney recorded an unreleased version, in his solo record, called "Castle of the King of the Birds", for an unreleased album Rupert the Bear, in 1978, with the Wing and gone for a minute, forty-two seconds.
